Late Policy: Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to their appointment will be marked as a no-show and may be required to reschedule and pay a new deposit to book again. Being on time helps keep the day running smoothly and ensures every client gets the full attention they deserve. Deposit Policy: All appointments require a $10 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit goes toward your total service cost and must be paid at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
